We are recruiting a Senior Construction Project Manager for our Dublin office. Here’s what you’ll do:
* Lead project coordination, ensuring interfaces are considered at all project lifecycle stages.
* Maintain the Responsible / Accountable / Consulted / Informed (RACI) task tracker.
* Coordinate with technical teams, design consultants, and external service providers.
* Organize design review meetings and communicate design acceptance to the Contractor.
* Communicate design changes to relevant team members and stakeholders.
* Report monthly on project tasks and construction activities during the construction phase.
* Maintain and update the project risk register regularly.
* Identify opportunities to improve project management procedures, templates, and products.
* Monitor performance management techniques and manage change control processes.
* Facilitate the flow of project information between the team and the client via meetings and written communication.
* Document best practices in construction project management policies and standards.
NEC Specific Activities
* Review and accept programme submissions.
* Lead with mutual trust and cooperation.
* Manage contract document issuance and communication as required.
* Maintain close contact with the client to ensure project objectives are met.
* Manage the contractor’s compensation event process fairly and efficiently.
Qualifications
Ready to push the limits of what’s possible?
Ideal candidates will have experience in infrastructure markets and the following qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.
* Working towards Chartered Status with SCSI/RICS, CIOB, RIBA, or EI.
* APM affiliation is a plus.
