Sales Support Representative
Our client, Limericks premier supplier of high-quality building supplies are hiring for a Sales Support Representative to deliver exceptional support to retail & trade customers in its Newcastle store. The sales representative will guide customers on products and equipment in the thriving builders' providers & DIY Hub. Duties & Responsibilities:
* Offer guidance and top service to all customers, both in person & over the phone
* Replenish shelves and maintain tidy displays to uphold store standards.
* Process customer transactions securely.
* Conduct scheduled inventory checks and item pricing.
* Adapt across departments as needed.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
* Proven experience in retail or trade role.
* Outstanding people skills
* Excellent organisation & time management skills.
* Commercially aware & target driven
* Confident communicator
Compensation & Benefits:
* Permanent, full-time role
* €35,000 - €40,000 DOE
