Job description
We are looking for a New Staff member, the ideal candidate should have good customer service skills, good communication skills, and have an ability to take direction yet show initiative whilst working in a team setting. You must be a QFA with experience in financial services & ideally in the Pension, Savings & Investment area, though we may consider somebody recently finished a relevant course in this area eager to get experience, learn, with a strong Administration background with common sense & a good work ethic.
Responsibilities
* Paraplanner – working alongside the Financial Advisors in the area of Pensions, Savings & Investments & Protection
* Administration including, research, preparing recommendations, proposals, file management, scanning etc.
Qualifications
* QFA or relevant qualification
* Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
* Ability to multitask.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
