OverviewSenior/Mid-Senior Marketing Manager to support regional Growth Products Marketing initiatives. This role partners closely with the Director of Growth Products Marketing and includes a mix of media planning and execution in addition to product marketing activations and go-to-market.What You’ll DoExecute end‑to‑end marketing initiatives for key growth products across APACDevelop holistic marketing plans, product marketing materials, product one‑pagers, partner collateral, and internal enablement contentSupport GTM execution for feature launches, enhancements, and market rolloutsSupport country marketing teams to ensure localized execution (e.g., Korea, Singapore, Greater China, Vietnam)Manage workflows across product, marketing, comms, legal, and design teamsSupport data collection, adoption reporting, and leadership update materialsDrive internal communications such as newsletters and regional updatesContribute to GTM strategy development and messaging frameworksIdentify process improvements to streamline adoption and executionSynthesize market feedback to refine positioning and strategic focusWhat We’re Looking For6–10+ years in growth marketing, product marketing or B2B & B2C tech/fintech marketingStrong executional capability with experience managing cross‑functional programsExcellent content development and storytelling skillsComfortable operating independently and driving projects end‑to‑endStrong communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed global environmentExperience with product teams or payments/fintech is a plusSolid project management and organizational skillsFamiliarity with analytics or adoption metrics preferred
