Attend meetings across the business to understand campaign and insight requirements and share findings.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of marketing data and insight, particularly within direct and data‑driven marketing, and a degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Maths or Statistics.
Highly organised, detail‑focused and an excellent communicator, able to manage multiple tasks under pressure while building positive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Proactive self‑learner, comfortable working with new systems and environments, with an appreciation of the commercial operations within sport.
Solid SQL experience for data querying, strong MS Office skills (especially Excel) and hands‑on experience with email marketing and automation platforms.
Good knowledge of GDPR and data protection, experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and a strong understanding of GA4 and key digital marketing metrics.
Appreciation of database structures, data quality principles and familiarity with agile methodologies.
Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure and with Dot Digital, particularly automated and triggered programs, would be highly desirable.
