Simon Beale + Associates are recruiting for a full time experienced Office Administrator to join our team.
Salary is dependent on experience.
Position Overview:
The Office Administrator will be required to provide administrative support to the office team, assisting with a range of tasks to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting visitors and clients, offering a friendly and professional welcome.
* Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and handling inquiries.
* Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting rooms.
* Assist with general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
* Sorting and distributing incoming mail, and prepare outgoing correspondence.
* Inputting data into spreadsheets or company databases as directed.
* Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and electronic documents.
* Assisting in the preparation of reports (dictaphone typing), presentations, and other documents as required.
* Preparing paperwork for applications and submission of same.
* Providing assistance to senior staff members and department managers with various ad-hoc administrative tasks.
* Ensuring the office is kept tidy and organised, including common areas and workstations.
* Perform any other duties as assigned by the Office Manager or other team members.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Education: Leaving Certificate; any further studies or administrative qualifications (e.g., business administration or customer service) are a plus.
* Skills:
* Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Basic IT skills and comfort with using office equipment (phones, photocopiers, etc.).
* Friendly and approachable with a strong customer service attitude.

Working Conditions:
* Full-time, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
