Role: Warehouse Supervisor
Salary: DOE
Responsibilities:
* Assist the warehouse team in the picking, loading and unloading of stock throughout the warehouse
* Provide robust, capable leadership and clear direction to all team members
* Effectively communicate with Warehouse Management and other departments
* Ensure health and safety policies are continuously upheld
* Deal with all personnel issues as per company policies and liaise with HR as required
* Any other such duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by your Warehouse Manager
Requirements:
* 3 years experience in a Warehouse Supervisory role
* Experience in managing team
* Excellent knowledge of warehouse procedures
* Strong organisational and self-management skills with the ability to manage a variety of tasks within a busy environment and to specific time frames
* Ability to work in a pressurised environment and with individuals at all levels
* Forklift License
* Manual Handling
* Full Drivers License
