As Branch Manager of Glenville you will report to the Area Operations Manager and will be accountable for the commercial performance of the Branch and its impact on the communities it serves. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the branch including sales, resourcing, inventory management, merchandising, health & safety and maintaining the retail excellence standards defined for the Agribusiness branch network. You will also be responsible for collaborating with the Business Managers in your area to drive cross-channel performance by delivering the highest standards of solutions and services to our customer.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping future sales strategy for the site to ensure that operating profit is exceeded on an annual basisManaging the branch in line with set annual budgetsDeveloping customer relationships and providing superior customer serviceGrowing sales across all our product ranges in Agri and RetailManaging the day-to-day operations, people, and costsEnsuring efficient and timely stock managementEnsuring the branch presentation is to the highest retail standardsManaging all stakeholders’ incl. internal and external stakeholders, local advisory committees etc.Adhering fully to all Tirlán policies, processes and proceduresLiving the Tirlán Values on a daily basiRequirementsA professional qualification in Agriculture or a related disciplineA strong and wide knowledge of all Agri sectorsAn excellent understanding of retail standards and keen interest in this areaStrong knowledge of computer systems- SAP, EPOS, CRM and Microsoft OfficDesired SkillsAbility to multitask and to consistently deliver high standard quality work in a busy environmentExcellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritiseA friendly outgoing personality, excellent customer service skills and ambition to deliver beyond customers’ expectationOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead and develop a teamExcellent teamwork skills as well ability to work on own initiativeAbout usThrough our expertise in research and development, customer insights, food safety and state-of-the-art manufacturing we bring innovative food and nutrition solutions to a global market.
