Job Title: Person in Charge
This is a senior management role that oversees the overall operation of a residential service. As the person responsible for providing exceptional quality care to residents, you will be required to manage staff and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
* The ideal candidate will have experience in managing or supervising roles within the health or social care sector.
* A minimum of three years' experience in leadership positions is preferred, along with relevant qualifications such as QQI Level 7 Degree in Social Care or other related disciplines.
