Therapy Assistant – Roscrea Day Services (North Tipperary/South Offaly)
Permanent, part‑time contract (20 hours per week). Salary commensurate with relevant public sector experience, pro‑rated for hours worked.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of completed FETAC/QQI Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team.
Experience and interest working with adults with intellectual, physical, and sensory disabilities (with or without autism) and/or challenging behaviours.
Proficiency in the English language.
Full, clean, manual Irish driving licence.
Desire to support people to live their best lives and promote active community engagement.
Willingness to help develop skills and competencies in identified learning areas.
Level 1 behavioural competencies of the Avista competency framework.
