Project Leadership Role
This is an onsite project management position, responsible for leading medium-sized projects through the entire lifecycle from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical projects on time and within budget.
* Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks.
* Communicate project updates to senior leadership and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Level 8 degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
* Proven track record of delivering complex projects with significant resource allocation.
* Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Utilize project management software to maintain accurate records, including PM systems, MS Office, MS Project, SharePoint, or Visio.
