Mar fhóntas uisce rialáilte náisiúnta na hÉireann, is í ár bhfís go mbeidh Éire inbhuanaithe ann ina bhfuil meas ar uisce agus ina bhfuil sé cosanta, don domhan agus do na saolta uile a gcothaítear leis.
Is é an cuspóir atá ag Uisce Éireann ná a bheith inchurtha leis an dúshlán a bhaineann le seirbhísí bunathraitheacha uisce a sholáthar chun go mbeidh rath ar phobail. Ciallaíonn sé sin go bhfuilimid bródúil as an bhfreagracht a ghlacadh as ár soláthar uisce a chosaint agus córas sábháilte uisce a chur ar aghaidh chuig daonra atá ag fás go tapa agus fás sóisialta agus eacnamaíoch na hÉireann a chumhachtú.
Táimid paiseanta faoi chumhacht a thabhairt dár ndaoine, iad a chumasú tionchar dearfach a bheith acu ar phobail ar fud na hÉireann. An Ról:
Déanann na hOibríochtaí Custaiméirí eispéireas agus seirbhís custaiméirí den scoth a fhorbairt agus a sholáthar do chustaiméirí tí agus do chustaiméirí tráchtála araon laistigh de thionscal rialaithe agus tacaíonn siad leo. Tá Oibríochtaí Custaiméirí freagrach as caidreamh na gcustaiméirí leis an Ionad Teagmhála do Chustaiméirí a bhainistiú, as a chinntiú go gcuirtear seirbhísí billeála atá tráthúil agus cruinn ar fáil do chustaiméirí, agus as straitéis Uisce Éireann i leith custaiméirí a chur i bhfeidhm go héifeachtach.
Tá Seirbhísí Nasc agus Forbróra (CDS) freagrach as rannpháirteachas le custaiméirí agus as an gcaidreamh le páirtithe leasmhara a bhainistiú maidir le naisc uile le líonra Uisce Éireann. Bainistíonn foireann CDS aistear an chustaiméara maidir leis na nithe a leanas: dearadh choincheap na forbartha, an próiseas pleanála reachtúla, réamh-nasc, dearadh teicniúil, dearbhú cáilíochta láithreáin, sócmhainn nua a dhílsiú agus nasc deiridh agus méadrú, lena n-áirítear comhaontuithe a fhorbairt le custaiméirí tráchtála/teicniúla, agus maoiniú custaiméirí a bhainistiú, ag cloí le caighdeáin theicniúla uile, le beartas muirearaithe naisc agus le riachtanais rialachais. Tá CDS freagrach as seirbhís ardéifeachtach a sholáthar do chustaiméirí, lena n-áirítear réitigh a athbhreithniú agus a chur i bhfeidhm chun riachtanais athraitheacha na gcustaiméirí a chomhlíonadh. Tá sé ríthábhachtach go ndéantar comhoibriú le roinnt príomh-chomhpháirtithe gnó le haghaidh naisc a sholáthar go rathúil thar ceann an chustaiméara.
Beidh an tAnailísí Réigiúnach Pleanála freagrach don Cheannasaí Teicniúil Réigiúnach Pleanála Forbartha, agus beidh sé/sí freagrach as ról Uisce Éireann mar chomhlacht forordaithe maidir le Bainistíocht Forbartha a fhorbairt tuilleadh agus a bhainistiú, agus ar na cúraimí a bhaineann leis an ról, tá; idirchaidreamh le Seirbhísí Uisce agus Rannóga Pleanála na nÚdarás Áitiúil a fhreagraíonn ar shaincheisteanna bainistíochta forbartha thar ceann Uisce Éireann, idirchaidreamh leis an mBord Pleanála i ndáil le hiarratais agus achomhairc nach mbaineann le halt 34, agus idirchaidreamh leis an bhFoireann Ceangail agus Seirbhísí Forbróirí níos leithne i ndáil le fiosruithe faoi cheangail nua.
Príomhdhualgais agus Freagrachtaí:
• Oibleagáidí reachtúla Uisce Éireann (UÉ) faoin Acht um Pleanáil agus Forbairt 2000 a chomhlíonadh i gcás iarratais phleanála a bhaineann le forbairt.
• Tacaíocht a thabhairt maidir le cásbhainistiú ó thús go deireadh ar chásanna pleanála reachtúla a bhaineann le seirbhísí ceangail agus forbróirí laistigh den réigiún lena mbaineann.
• Ionchur pleanála a sholáthar le haghaidh Fiosruithe Réamhnaisc, Iarratais ar Nasc, Atreoruithe, nuair is gá, ar fud réigiúin oibríochtúla Uisce Éireann.
• Measúnuithe pleanála teicniúla a chur i gcrích maidir le hiarratais ar Scóipeadh TMTT, Alt 34, Forbairtí Cónaithe Mórscála, Forbairtí Bonneagair Straitéisigh, athbhreithniú Pleanála Chuid 8 agus aon phleanáil eile i ndáil le forbairt laistigh de spriocdhátaí reachtúla.
• Glacadh le hatreoruithe pleanála agus measúnú deisce a dhéanamh orthu, na cáipéisí tacaíochta atá ceangailte leo san áireamh.
• Caidreamh Uisce Éireann le hÚdaráis Phleanála ar fud na tíre a choinneáil ar bun agus a fhorbairt
• Tacaíocht a thabhairt maidir le hathbhreithniú, forbairt bhreise agus maoirseacht a dhéanamh ar chur chun feidhme na bprótacal atá á n-oibriú faoi láthair ag Capita i ndáil le hatreoruithe pleanála
• Rioscaí agus fadhbanna a chur ar a shúile don Cheannasaí Teicniúil Réigiúnach Pleanála Forbartha, de réir mar is iomchuí

The Role:
Customer Operations develop, deliver, and support excellent customer experience and service to both domestic and non-domestic customers within a regulated industry. Customer Operations is responsible for managing the customer relationship with the Customer Contact Centre, ensuring timely and accurate customer billing services and effectively implementing the Uisce Éireann customer strategy
Connections and Developer Services (CDS) are responsible for the customer engagement and stakeholder relationship management of all connections to the Uisce Éireann network. The CDS team manage the customer journey from development concept design, statutory planning process, pre-connection, technical design, site quality assurance, vesting of new asset and final connection and metering, including developing commercial/technical customer agreements, and managing customer funding in adherence to all technical standards, connection charging policy and governance requirements. CDS are responsible for delivering a highly effective customer service, including reviewing, and implementing solutions to meet changing customer needs. Collaboration with several key business partners is essential for the successful delivery of connections on behalf of the customer.
Reporting to the Development Plannng Regional Technical Lead, the Regional Planning Analyst will be responsible for further developing and managing Uisce Éireann's role as a prescribed body with respect to Development Management including; liaison with Local Authority Water Services and Planning Departments who respond to development management issues on behalf of Uisce Éireann, with An Bord Pleanala in relation to non-section 34 applications and appeals, with the wider Connections and Developer Services Team in relation to new connections enquires.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Fulfil Uisce Éireanns (UÉ) statutory obligations under the Planning and Dev Act 2000 for development related planning applications.
• Support end-to-end case management of connection and developer services related statutory planning cases for the associated region.
• Provide planning input for Pre-Connection Enquiries, Connection Applications, Diversions, where required across Uisce Éireann's operational regions.
• Complete technical planning assessments for EIAR Scoping requests, Section 34, Large Scale Residential Developments, Strategic Infrastructure Developments, Part 8 Planning review and any other development related planning within statutory deadlines.
• Receive and carry out desktop assessments of planning referrals along with attached supporting documentation.
• Maintain and develop UÉs relationship with Planning Authorities nationally
• Support the review, further development and over-seeing of the implementation of the protocols currently being operated by Capita in relation to planning referrals
• Raise risks and issues as appropriate to the Development Plannng Regional Technical Lead
• Ensure that databases are maintained and are fit for purpose
• Contribute to achieving the objectives and targets of the Customer Operations Function
• Coordinate tasks and schedules as appropriate
• Participate in ongoing projects as required
• Keeping up to date with best practice
General Duties and Responsibilities
• Collaboration with key internal stakeholders across the UÉ business
• Responsible for promoting and delivering health and safety commitments across UÉ and its supply chain, reinforcing positive behaviours and delivering health and safety objectives and requirements to the highest industry standards
• Support the delivery of the Uisce Éireann Transformation Programme, driving results required within the Directorate and supporting organisation-wide objectives
• Conducts duties and responsibilities in accordance with Uisce Éireann's Information Security policies, standards, processes and controls to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of UÉ business information and delivery of critical services, in accordance with the NIS Directive and any other relevant cybersecurity regulation
• Other duties as required
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Relevant third level qualification and or planning/engineering accreditation is desirable
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in the water, utilities or similar industries is desirable and or relevant experience
• Experience of working within the areas of environment & planning is desirable
• Experience working within a team, with strong people, change management and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders internally and externally
• Proven track record with dealing with complex issues, proactively and in a timely fashion along with the ability to communicate information to others
• Highly motivated individual, working to the highest professional standards and with proven ability to deliver results within a team
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and analyse problems and potential improvements and propose and implement solutions
• Demonstrate adaptability and the ability to change focus and direction in line with business strategy and requirements
• Proactively identifying new areas of improvement and using newly gained knowledge and skill on the job
• Experience in taking ownership of safety responsibility and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
