Within AXA Partners, CLP (Credit Life Protection) is an organization whose clients are located in more than 20 countries. Its mission is to serve our business partners while safeguarding the finances of our end customers and protecting their families. As part of CLP's strategic plan, whose main focus is to reconnect with growth, the CLP Business Unit has established a Transformation Department.
This role supports CLP transformation initiatives by establishing governance frameworks, assisting strategic initiatives: tracking progress, managing risks, and providing best practices (templates, governance, etc.) to ensure successful execution aligned with the 2026 timeline. Additionally, it supports strategic planning and escalation of issues to facilitate overall CLP transformation success.
What you'll be doing:
* Support for all initiatives leads with structure / governance frameworks ("Flying PMO and consultant)
* Support the strategic initiatives operational leads and sponsors in managing specific projects or workstreams within the transformation, with a defined scope of initiatives to be defined with Head of transformation (e.g. PMO, project framing, quality insurance, etc.)
* Support strategic initiatives leads with 2026 timeline of transformation
* Provide strategic initiatives leads with best practices (governance, template, reporting, etc.)
* Track progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed to the head of transformation and competitiveness officer
* Organize functional transformation sessions with various stakeholders (all seniority) to hear from the ground (1 or 2 1x1s per week per transfo lead, to feed triage and transformation topics and feed change with feedback from the ground): sales, UW, actuarial, value propositions, all department of OPS, with interviews also at local level, etc.
* Ensure quality and timely delivery of project outcomes
What you'll bring:
* Master's degree.
* Experience in complex project management roles.
* Strong project management and governance expertise to support and oversee multiple initiatives.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and project teams.
* Risk management and problem-solving abilities to identify issues early and ensure timely, quality delivery.
* Strategic thinking.
* Fluent English.
