Technical Business Analyst - Microsoft CRM & SharePoint - €500 Per Day Irish State-owned regulatory organisation with responsibility for Financial services requires a Technical Business Analyst to join their IT Operations team. The Business Analyst will work closely with the business managers and business subject matter experts in the definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of functional requirements and will provide assistance with issues or queries in relation to company applications. Prospective candidates should have a background of working with Dynamics CRM, SharePoint and other Microsoft products/technologies - Other professionals, such as Senior Admins, Architects and Developers with a good knowledge of these projects may also be considered for this role. While the Technical business Analyst role is initially offered on a 3 month basis, there is a strong probability of it being extended well beyond this time frame and/or being made permanent. Responsibilities of Role * Discovery, Development & Tracking of requirements as directed by the Programme /Project Manager. * Facilitating workshops with stakeholders / SME's and tracking of outputs / requirements & actions. * Assisting the programme with artefacts, as agreed with the Programme / Project Manager. * High level stakeholder management * Other deliverables as required depending on the initiative. Essential Candidate Requirements * Third level degree/Postgraduate qualification in Business, Computer Science or other relevant area * Business Analysis or Project management Certification (Relevant experience may suffice) * Prospective candidates MUST HAVE experience working directly with Dynamics CRM, SharePoint and other Microsoft technologies * 4+ years' experience as a business analyst OR in a role that required strong subject matter expertise in Microsoft CRM/SharePoint and other MS products/Technologies * Broad experience of business analysis techniques particularly requirements elicitation and management, and business process analysis and modelling - Experience of AzDo or a similar agile requirements management tool preferable, * Proven stakeholder management skills * Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks with challenging completion timeframes * Experience with ITIL Service Delivery requirement mapping, process improvement & documentation, * Have previously worked on large scale infrastructure projects in a large government department, public sector organisation or similar * Highly proficient in capturing technical requirements for Infrastructure projects * Experience of working with Agile and knowledge of other SDLC modes such as V-model, and iterative waterfall * While not essential, specific experience on largescale Data Centre projects will be a distinct advantage for prospective candidates Please Note - All applicants must have immediate availability to work in the EU/EEA or be a UK Citizen as our client cannot provide any kind of Visa or Work Permit sponsorship at present.
