Club Spraoi is hiring Play Leader for our service in Midleton (Gaelscoil Mhainistir Na Corann)
Position: Play Leader
Duties of the Role:
* To assist in the day to day organisation and running of the Afterschool Care Programme, providing high standards of care and play opportunities for children between the ages of 4-12 years old in a safe and secure environment.
* Planning and implementing creative and exciting activities and play opportunities for the children.
* Supporting children in social, emotional, physical development. Conflict resolution / behaviour management.
* Working within the framework of the Club's and school's policies and procedures.
Requirements for the role:
* Minimum of 1 years' experience in working with children
* First Aid Certificate an advantage
* Child Protection training an advantage
* QQI Level 6 in Early Childhood Care & Education / Montessori an advantage
Hours: 16-20 hours between the hours of 1pm and 6:15 Monday to Friday
Job Types: Part-time
Salary.. €14-€15 per hour
