Equipment Installation Specialist
Job Summary:
This role involves performing on-site installation, servicing, maintaining, validating, upgrading, calibrating and repairing complex equipment and systems.
You will investigate faults, approve and sign off documentation and checklists certifying the correct functioning of devices and systems.
The Equipment Installation Specialist serves as the liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Install and commission complex equipment and systems at customer sites.
* Servicing and maintenance of installed equipment to ensure optimal performance.
* Validation of installed equipment to ensure it meets specified requirements.
* Upgrade and calibration of existing equipment to improve efficiency and reliability.
* Repair of faulty equipment to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
* Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in equipment installation and servicing.
* Strong technical knowledge of complex equipment and systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
