The Company Our client is a large, well-established organisation operating within a regulated public-interest environment.

The organisation works closely with government departments, regulators, elected representatives and a wide range of external stakeholders.

The organisation is seeking an experienced and highly professional Personal Assistant to the Group CEO and Group Director of Corporate Services to provide confidential, executive-level support within the Executive Director's Office.

This is a critical role requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships at the most senior level.

Key responsibilities include: Providing confidential, proactive and high-level personal and executive support to the Group CEOManaging the CEO's diary, correspondence, travel and meeting arrangements Drafting letters, reports, presentations and briefing papers on behalf of the CEO and senior leadership Acting as the first point of contact for the CEO, managing sensitive internal and external communications Liaising with senior external stakeholders including government departments, regulators, local authorities, political representatives and media contacts Organising and servicing Group Board, Subsidiary Board and Committee meetings, including agenda preparation, paper collation, minute-taking and use of secure board portals Supporting the effective operation of the Senior Management Team through coordination of meetings, papers and action tracking Maintaining secure and confidential filing systems for Board and corporate documentation Managing administrative processes related to shareholder records, governance registers and statutory documentation Overseeing budgets and expenditure within the CEO's Office, including travel, accommodation, venues, catering and office services Providing high-level administrative support to other members of the Senior Management Team as required Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and ways of working across the organisation The Person Essential Criteria GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics Minimum of two years' experience providing PA or Private Secretary support Proven experience servicing Boards or Committees, including agenda preparation and minute-taking Excellent organisational and diary management skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently at senior level Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook Ability to plan, prioritise and manage a complex workload effectively Willingness to support meetings outside normal working hours Full UK driving licence and access to private transport Benefits Competitive salary (dependent on experience)Permanent, full-time position Professional, high-performing executive environment Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and Board-level stakeholders Access to training and development opportunities Supportive organisational culture with a strong focus on governance and best practice How to Apply To apply for this role, submit your CV via the application form provided.
