Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of facilities services.
* Maintain regular contact with the Contracts Manager; consult on key decisions and advise on incidents, escalation, and complaints.
* Manage soft services contractors working under company scope in areas including GMP equipment/areas and non-GMP equipment/areas.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure all work orders are completed safely and effectively.
* Develop and implement risk assessments and safe plans.
* Provide feedback regarding contractor performance at contract review.
Requirements:
* 3 to 5 years' experience in building services or contractor coordination.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Customer-focused approach.
