We are searching for an ambitious and charismatic Guest Relations Concierge to join our team at Radisson RED Galway. About The Role: Radisson RED is on the lookout for a Guest Relations Concierge to join our buzzing front office team. Were looking for someone with a proven track record in front office and exceptional communication skills. You should be a proactive problem-solver, a people person, and a hospitality pro who knows how to keep things running smoothly and guests smiling. If youre ready to bring your energy and expertise to Radisson RED, we want to hear from you Roles & Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for hotel guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience. This role involves assisting guests with reservations, recommendations, transportation, and any special requests to enhance their stay. Greet guests warmly and provide personalised assistance throughout their stay. Offer information about hotel services, local attractions, dining options, events, and transportation. Handle guest requests, such as restaurant reservations, tour bookings, ticket purchases, and special arrangements. Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments to fulfill guest needs. Assist with luggage storage, deliveries, and arranging transportation (taxis, rental cars). Manage and respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person. Maintain an updated knowledge of local events, entertainment options, and key tourist spots. Resolve guest concerns efficiently and professionally to ensure a positive experience. Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing for concierge services when necessary. Uphold hotel standards and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills: Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or concierge role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure. Proficiency in reservation systems and hotel management software is a plus. Professional appearance and a friendly, welcoming demeanor. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus. Work Environment & Schedule: May require working evenings, weekends, and holidays based on hotel occupancy and guest needs. Role involves standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of luggage or other items.
