Clinical Litigation Solicitor Role
A unique opportunity exists for a qualified solicitor to join our clinical litigation unit on a fixed-term basis.
This is an excellent role for a litigation solicitor with strong experience in healthcare-related personal injury matters who is interested in working on complex and high-profile litigation in the public interest.
The ideal candidate will have experience with catastrophic cases/cerebral palsy cases but this is not a pre-requisite.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of clinical negligence and/or inquest matters
* Provide expert legal advice on relevant issues and strategy
* Engage effectively with stakeholders across the health and public sectors
* Support the Head of Clinical Litigation as required
Your Profile:
* Qualified solicitor eligible to practice in Ireland
* Minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience in clinical negligence or personal injury litigation
* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, case law, and court procedures
* Experience with the public health sector is an advantage
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills
