Job Title: Senior Construction Project Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial management of our large-scale residential development in Limerick. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and experience in managing major construction projects.
The successful candidate will have proven expertise in cost planning, budgeting, and contract administration, as well as exceptional communication and negotiation skills. They will be responsible for ensuring that all financial aspects of the project are managed effectively and efficiently.
A key aspect of this role is providing guidance to junior QS staff while maintaining high levels of project cost control and financial compliance. The ideal candidate should be able to work closely with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to drive cost efficiency and profitability.
