About Your New Job as Senior Sales Executive
As the Senior Sales Executive youwill handle the end-to-end sales process for retail customers in the showroom, guiding them from product selection to project completion.
Youwill coordinate all fitting jobs, working closely with three trusted fitting partners—ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery (standard €6K per job).
Youwill be the main contact between customers, fitters, and the business, controlling project progress, managing schedules, and maintaining pricing integrity.
Youwill have the support of an admin resource for 50% of your time, allowing you to focus on sales and project management.
Youwill oversee job scheduling, manage workloads, and ensure all partners uphold the company’s high service standards.
What Skills You Need to be the Senior Sales Executive
Extensive experience as a Senior Sales Executive in a high-end showroom environment (bathrooms, kitchens, or interiors).
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of coordinating with fitting teams and delivering seamless projects.
Excellent communication and people skills for managing relationships with both clients and fitters.
Commercial acumen to monitor pricing and ensure project profitability.
Prior experience overseeing fitting or installation teams is highly advantageous.
What's on Offer
Base Salary: €60,000 – €70,000
OTE: Up to €150,000
