Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled administrative professional to join our team as a Clerical Officer. This role will involve performing day-to-day administration and office duties, requiring advanced knowledge of MS Office, fluency in English, and the right to work in Ireland.
About the Role:
* This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills and experience in a fast-paced administrative environment.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks such as correspondence, typing, filing, and data entry.
* They will also assist in drafting and issuing letters, memos, and information to internal customers and clients.
* Maintaining and updating local databases and records is also a key aspect of this role.
* The Clerical Officer will work closely with other functions within the service to deliver planned services.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1-2 years of administration experience is required for this role.
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel) is essential.
* Minute taking experience is a plus.
* Fluency in English and the right to work in Ireland are also essential requirements.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with 35 hours per week.
