We're hiring a
Founding Business Development Representative
to join a fast-growing tech company and help build the outbound sales function from the ground up. This is an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, shape sales strategy, and fast-track your career into an
Account Executive
role within 12–18 months.
This company are going through a high growth phase, so they want all hands on deck - This means 5 days on site in their Dublin City Centre office.
This isn't a "smile and dial" type of role — it's about strategic, low-volume prospecting, working closely with the founders to build and refine the outbound function from the ground up. It will be a sniper sales approach, not a spray & pray.
What You'll Do:
* Drive outbound sales — prospect, qualify, and book high-quality meetings.
* Research target markets and build tailored outreach campaigns.
* Run discovery calls to identify pain points and create new opportunities.
* Work directly with founders and AEs to shape outbound strategy and messaging.
