Role: Construction Project Manager
Client: Specialist Public Works Contractor
Essentials: Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field; minimum 2 years' experience in construction project management (residential or commercial preferred); proficiency in MS Office 365 and Procore software; Full driving licence .
Location: South Dublin based office, Greater Dublin based sites
Salary: €80,000 - €95,000

With over 25 years of industry experience, they are seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead 3 new high-quality projects and maintain their reputation for excellence.
* Comprehensive Project Oversight : Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest quality, on schedule, and within budget.
* Strategic Planning : Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budget forecasts, and resource allocation strategies.
* Leadership and Team Management : Inspire and guide site teams, effectively delegating responsibilities to achieve project goals.
* Collaboration with Stakeholders : Build strong working relationships with directors, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
* Proactive Issue Resolution : Identify and resolve on-site issues swiftly, keeping all parties informed of updates and progress.
* Financial Oversight : Track project budgets closely, address discrepancies promptly, and ensure cost objectives are achieved.
* Ensuring Safety Compliance : Uphold health and safety regulations, fostering a secure and compliant work environment.
* Digital Tools and Reporting : Leverage Procore software to manage project workflows, track finances, and ensure regulatory compliance.
