Our client, a fast-growing, tech-driven energy company is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to own all Group tax and audit responsibilities. This newly created role reports to the Group CFO and offers direct exposure to the Executive Team and Board. With offices based in South Dublin, they are operating with a flexible hybrid working model and offering a competitive salary. This is a high-impact role offering genuine ownership and the opportunity to shape the tax strategy of a major energy disruptor undergoing rapid growth. The Role: You will lead all tax compliance, reporting and governance across the Group. This includes managing Irish corporation tax filings, VAT/RCT/PAYE compliance, FRS 102 tax reporting, transfer pricing requirements and monitoring changes in Irish, UK and EU legislation. You'll also develop tax policies, oversee tax risk frameworks and act as the primary contact for external advisors. Requirements: Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with 5+ years' post-qualification experience in tax Strong knowledge of Irish CT, VAT, PAYE and Transfer Pricing Analytical, detail-driven and comfortable working autonomously Experienced influencing senior stakeholders and solving complex problems Hands-on, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Skills: corporate tax VAT tax CTA transfer pricing tax compliance Benefits: Work From Home
