Housekeeping Porter.

Your role as
Housekeeping Porter
will include:
* Collect linen from the corridors at regular periods.
* Deliver requested items to guest bedrooms.
* Moving furniture.
* Shampoo bedrooms, public corridors, public areas, chairs and sofas.
* Assist the Public Area Team in relation to deep cleaning of public areas
* Clean the employee changing rooms to standard operating procedures.
* Stock all storerooms throughout the day ensuring all items needed are present, while maintaining efficient use of space.
* When you monitor stock levels on a daily/weekly/monthly basis - liaising with Stores to ensure we always have a constant stock supply and requisitioning all stock required.
* Please note, you will work with a team of 3 - 4 Porters per day. Teamwork is very important**
The successful candidate will have strong guest focus, great communication skills, spoken and written English, multi-tasking ability eand enjoy contributing in a positive way to The Merrion Culture. Flexibility in response to guest and business needs is required, no two days are the same
