Our client is seeking a Technical Writer to create clear, accurate, and structured documentation to support engineering, product, and customer-facing teams. This role will involve writing user guides, API documentation, release notes, and process materials. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong technical awareness, and the ability to translate complex concepts for different audiences. Key Responsibilities Produce technical documentation including user guides, SOPs, API references, and product manuals. Work closely with developers, QA, and product teams to gather information. Maintain documentation repositories and ensure version control. Create diagrams, flowcharts, and visual assets to support explanations. Edit and improve existing content for consistency and clarity. Ensure documentation meets accessibility and readability standards. Participate in Agile processes, contributing to release documentation. Support knowledge base development for internal teams. Required Experience 24 years experience in technical writing or similar roles. Strong command of written English and excellent attention to detail. Ability to understand technical concepts and development workflows. Experience producing documentation for software products. Familiarity with Markdown, Confluence, or documentation tools. Desirable Skills Experience writing API documentation. Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments. Education Degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or similar.
