Apple is seeking a senior SAP Support Analyst to join our global SAP Support team, providing comprehensive production support across Apple's complex enterprise landscape. This role encompasses Materials Management (MM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Manufacturing processes and Retail operations. This person would be a key regional IS&T representative for our business partners in EMEA. They would possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a global support team, and maintain attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. The successful candidate will work closely across business and technical teams delivering sophisticated projects in Apple's fast paced environment. This includes being a key driver of new product launches in Apples supply chain. The role includes responsibility for all aspects of a project, including:
Responsibilities
* Provide support for SAP MM, EWM,Retail and Manufacturing production issues
* Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes
* Coordinate with Apple partners and external support teams when required
* Troubleshoot warehouse tasks, labor management, and resource optimisation
* Support inbound and outbound delivery processes, wave management, and picking strategies
* Plan and engage with worldwide Apple teams on Apple events like iPhone launch or Mac launch (WWDC)
* Troubleshoot point-of-sale (POS) system integrations and real-time transaction processing
* Support assortment planning, merchandise allocation, and inventory optimisation for retail locations
* Support omnichannel Retail operations including buy-online-pickup-in-store and ship-from-store processes
Support Apple's complex manufacturing processes including production planning and execution
Minimum Qualifications
* SAP experience in any of these modules MM/WM/PP with production support experience
* Knowledge of SAP transport management and change control processes
* Familiarity with SAP monitoring tools and system administration
* Strong incident management and escalation procedures knowledge
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight SLA requirements
Preferred Qualifications
* Relevant SAP certifications in MM, EWM, PP, or Retail modules highly preferred
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA support
* Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and monitoring tools
* Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience
* Experience in SAP SD/ Retail
ABAP debugging and troubleshooting skills advantage
