This position is for high-end Residential Projects in South Dublin / North Wicklow.
Requirements: 5+ years experience at Site Management level working a main contractor or developer Trade or Construction related Qualification preferred Ability to take ownership of a project Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Eligible to work in Ireland Full Clean Drivers License Job Duties: Ensure that works are carried out in compliance with planning, health and safety and building standards and to a high quality Have full responsibility for project on site with support from Contracts Manager, Quantity Surveyor and Office Staff Manage trades and labour force on site to a programme and schedule of works Be responsible for the communication from site Maintain clean and safe conditions on site Plan and procure materials required on site How to apply: Submit your CV to APPLY
