Your work will involve close collaboration with engineering teams to collect and maintain accurate inventories, as well as leading external service providers to deliver comprehensive cybersecurity assessments for Contract Manufacturing Operations.In your day-to-day role, you will conduct OT cybersecurity risk assessments using ISRM methodologies, support the rollout of administrative controls, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. You will leverage your deep understanding of IT/OT systems, industrial automation, and supply chain security to identify vulnerabilities and recommend strategies that strengthen the resilience of manufacturing operations against evolving cyber threats. Your responsibilities:Responsible for advancing and maintaining comprehensive Operational Technology (OT) asset inventories across manufacturing plants, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Actively supports engineering teams in collecting and validating inventory data where required, driving visibility and control over critical OT assets.Delivers in-depth OT cybersecurity risk assessments for manufacturing plants and associated technologies, applying ISRM cybersecurity assessment methodology to identify vulnerabilities, evaluate controls, and recommend mitigation strategies aligned with enterprise security standards.Supports the implementation and rollout of administrative cybersecurity controls at internal sites, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements while promoting a culture of security compliance.Leads and manages external service providers to conduct comprehensive cybersecurity assessments of Contract Manufacturing Operation (CMO) sites, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery of assessment reports and remediation plans.Your ProfileEssential skills/knowledge/experience:A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is required for this position.Extensive experience in cybersecurity focused on manufacturing, laboratories, or logistics, working with IT/OT, automation and engineering industrial controls is required.Experience with supply chain and manufacturing sites required, preferably across multiple sectors and the unique security requirements.Experience performing site-based risk assessments and providing results to senior leadership required.Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:Advanced knowledge of information security processes and principles in explaining the business value of cybersecurity requiredOperating knowledge of one or more manufacturing processes is extremely helpful as is familiarity with the System Development Life CycleAbility to independently author and edit documentation of high quality, accuracy and completeness requiredAny of the Certifications below are preferred but not required:Cybersecurity (CISM, CISSP)Audit (CISA)Manufacturing or risk management (CRISC)ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Fundamentals SpecialistISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Risk Assessment SpecialistISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Design SpecialistRewards & BenefitsTCS is consistently voted a Top Employer in the UK and globally.
