Role Responsibilities
* This is a full-time remote role for a CEO in the AeroTech industry, based in the Canada.
* The CEO will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operations of the company, including finance, operations management, business planning, sales, and strategic planning.
* Key duties include developing and executing business strategies, managing company resources, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the overall growth and profitability of the company.
Required Qualifications
* Finance and Operations Management skills
* Business Planning and Strategic Planning experience
* Strong Sales and Business Development capabilities
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills
* Proven track record in executive management roles
* Experience in the AeroTech or Commercial Aircraft industry is a plus
* Relevant advanced degree preferred, such as MBA or related field
Compensation
* Base: €425K/yr - OTE: €850K/yr
* Base: 50% OTE - Variable: 50% OTE
* Fixed pay: Base salary - Variable pay: Bonus + Commission + Profit sharing + Preferred shares (Equity)
