About the role
We have an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager within our Global Integrated Operations (IO) PMO.
IO at Kerry, is made up of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Food Safety & Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety and Procurement, working in partnership with our colleagues across the enterprise, to serve our customers.
Kerry's IO Program Management Office drives the framing and execution of an evolving portfolio of transformation programmes, working in partnership with global functional leads, to drive our strategy at pace.
This Project Manager role will be responsible, as part of that team, for managing the end to end delivery of complex programmes of work, which may be cross-regional or region-specific, depending on priority, value at stake, complexity and / or business risk.
This role is based out of our Global Innovation Centre in Naas, operating a hybrid model of 3 days per week on site.

What you'll be doing
1. Leadership – Partnering with relevant IO functional leader(s), enabling the development of high visibility, transformation programs to deliver on growth strategies; & drive execution of same, through constructive challenge, thought leadership & strong governance.
2. Programme Management – Managing complex programmes, projects or workstreams, often with high levels of initial uncertainty, throughout the programme lifecycle, from concept and design, through to post implementation including scoping, planning, execution, and reporting.
3. Change & Stakeholder Management – Partnering with relevant senior stakeholders, to ensure that optimised "1Kerry" design & change management planning are core principles of all programme plans, enabling successful adoption and sustainability of change, with senior leaders acting as ambassadors for change.
4. Integration management – Driving the identification & management of interdependencies with other programmes & strategies functionally & cross-enterprise; ensuring that appropriate ownership is taken of risks, dependencies & overlaps across programmes.
5. People Management – Depending on the programme/project/assignment, this role may/may not involve direct line management of an individual or team, (and this may vary over time), but at all times, will involve working as part of a matrix to successfully deliver programmes at scale. Whether in a direct/indirect line management capacity, or otherwise, this role is expected to coach and mentor less experienced PMO team members to develop their skills, capabilities, business acumen and thought leadership.
6. Methodology and Governance – Ensure Kerry's Programme Management methodology (waterfall / agile / combination) is appropriately deployed, including appropriate use of stage gates to minimise programme risk, and ensure a "no-surprise" environment.
What you can bring to the role
7. Proven track record of Programme Management, across diverse programmes, in a complex commercial matrix environment, with strong value & impact delivery outcomes – willingness to be hands-on is essential.
8. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, including track record of managing complex stakeholder groups, & effective Steering Committees.
9. Strong negotiation skills.
10. Curiosity thought leadership & passion for global design, & relentless execution
11. Proficient across multiple business disciplines & functions, strong on systems, processes & data.
12. Expert knowledge of project management techniques, tools & methodologies
13. Current experience in Digital Transformation within an Operations context would be beneficial.
14. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant business discipline; a recognised project management qualification/membership would be advantageous.
15. Availability to travel 20% of time.
