Job Title: Order Fulfillment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders efficiently and effectively from receipt through delivery. Key Responsibilities:
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products.
* Maintain effective communication with customers regarding order status, issues, and changes.
* Coordinate with inventory and shipping departments to ensure seamless product delivery.
* Monitor order processing workflow and implement improvements as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in order processing or a similar role.
* Proficiency in order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in English.

Work Model:
