Senior Vendor Management AnalystLocation:Dublin City (On-site)Type:Full-time, PermanentOur client is seeking a Senior Vendor Management Analyst to join their Financial Operations team in Dublin. This is a key role focused on vendor onboarding, due diligence, and risk management across global operations. You'll work closely with internal teams such as Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Risk, ensuring that all third-party vendors meet compliance, security, and operational standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the onboarding and risk assessment of global third-party vendorsManage and streamline due diligence processes, including ongoing monitoringPartner with internal stakeholders (e.g., Legal, InfoSec, Compliance) to align vendor risk practicesMaintain accurate vendor records and reporting metricsSupport the development of vendor management frameworks and performance review processesIdentify opportunities for process improvement and automationKey Skills & Experience3+ years in vendor risk management, ideally within financial servicesStrong understanding of due diligence, contract reviews, and vendor lifecycle managementProficient in Excel; exposure to Tableau and ERP systems like Oracle is a plusExcellent project management and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environmentExperience building strong relationships with both vendors and internal stakeholdersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related fieldFamiliarity with technology contracts, compliance requirements, and service-level agreements
