As a key member of the civils project, you will be responsible for designing reviews of submissions, ensuring quality control on ongoing works, and collaborating with stakeholders on technical matters.

* Design review of submissions for all required elements
* Review quality of work on all ongoing works
* Prediction and participation in tender assessments as necessary
* Liaise with Project Manager, clients, suppliers on engineering issues as needed
