Committed to using natural materials and supporting Irish, Foxford continues to honour its roots while evolving to meet the needs of contemporary lifestyles.Responsibilities:o Fulfilment of online orders in an efficient manner and in line with agreed service levelso Ensuring orders are packed to a high standard and in adherence to agreed procedureso Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, An Post, DPD and DHL are all a plus.o Updating and processing orders and labels on computer systemo Support on embroidery orderso Dispatch store orders requested for delivery.o Ordering of all web furniture itemso Customer service support – answering phones and responding to customer emails.o Ensuring dispatch area is maintained to a high standardo Adherence to all health & safety procedures.Working Hours:o 37.5hrs per week – working hours are flexible and weekend work will be considered.Must be available to work Monday and Friday.Job Type: Full-timePay: €14.50-€16.00 per hourExpected hours: 37.5 per weekBenefits:Employee assistance programEmployee discountOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
