Join us as a Technical Service Help Desk Agent
You will work within our fixed team in the Technical Service Desk, providing excellent service through inbound voice contacts. Your role is to deliver high performance, customer service, and a fantastic experience for our Micro/Soho and Corporate end-user customers. You will provide effective and efficient service to our business customers within agreed service levels.
Key Responsibilities
* Resolve customer queries through inbound calls
* Handle objections and potential escalations
* Take ownership of customer issues and proactively solve problems
* Identify opportunities to upsell during customer interactions
* Proactively resolve issues that could impact customers or the business
* Stay updated on new products and processes supported within Business Support
Skills and Experience
* Experience dealing with Fixed Line Broadband queries
* Background in a customer service environment
* Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of personal development
* Team player supporting others to achieve goals
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Flexible and adaptable to change
