We are currently recruiting an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join the culinary team of one of Ireland's largest catering providers, based on-site in a major global tech company in Cork city centre.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong CDP looking for career stability, work–life balance, and a high-quality food environment — no late nights, no split shifts.
The Role
Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
Preparing and delivering high-volume, high-standard fresh food
Leading by example and mentoring junior kitchen staff
Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
Assisting with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior CDP
Strong knowledge of fresh food and large-scale catering
Ability to work well in a structured, fast-paced environment
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
A passion for consistency, quality, and presentation
What's On Offer
