What you’ll do day‑to‑day:
Become an expert in IT recruitment with full training and support from day one
Build strong relationships with top IT talent and leading organisations across the market
Source, screen, and place high‑calibre candidates into leading organisations across the IT market
Make a real impact by delivering placements that shape careers and accelerate your own success
Grow fast through structured training, hands‑on experience, and ongoing mentorship with real responsibility from the start
Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (Tiered commission structure – each promotion unlocks greater rewards) + Additional Quarterly Bonus (Average OTE: Year 1 €47k+, Year 2 €68k+, Year 3 €100k+)

What You Will Have:
3+ years of professional experience (Banking Associate, Mortgage Advisor, Client Services, Customer Service Representative, or similar roles)
A proactive, ambitious mindset and the confidence to take ownership of your growth
