The Senior Corporate Security Manager is responsible for leading the Security Work Stream to deliver proposed solutions for future physical infrastructure in a new Cash Centre Project (CCP/. The role will work closely with other Workstream Leads within the project as well as the Demand Stakeholder Group and the Banks Head of Security. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the Project Security brief so that it is in line with best practise and robust in safeguarding the Central Banks people and assets. This should include security threat and on-going risk identification, including keeping abreast of emerging trends, for the full range of security related threats, risk assessment and reporting ensuring the Cash Centre Programme Lead and wider team have an up to date assessment of these trends. As Physical Security subject matter expert, lead the planning, tendering and supervision of security infrastructure element of the CCP aligned to the organisations security strategic vision. This includes liaison with the Corporate Security Lead to include input from An Garda Siochana, The Defence Forces and other state agencies Support the procurement and on-boarding of the Physical Security Consultant for the Cash Centre Project Team. Provide the Physical Security input to all CCP work streams supported by the Physical Security Consultant. Support the Head of Security and wider project Demand Stakeholder Group in the design and delivery of Security Operating Model for the new cash centre, collaborating as required and developing strong, working relationships with the Security Operations Managers. Liaise with and provide support to internal stakeholders, e.g. the Organisational Risk Division and Information Security function as regards business continuity, Workplace Services and Facilities Management and the People Directorate, that may have input to the CCP and other security related matters so that any risks or incidents are mitigated/resolved in an expeditious manner. Requirements: Ideally, the person in this role should have extensive experience working in the delivery of Security at a senior level in Industry or the Public Sector. The role requires a minimum of 5 years senior level security and risk management experience, preferably in a public sector environment. Strong knowledge of security legislation and protocols. Ability to devise Security Frameworks and Policies. Highly experienced in working with broader multidisciplinary design teams on complex security projects. Well-developed relationship management skills and the ability to plan, prioritise and organise significant work programmes. They will have strong decision making skills and the ability to establish and communicate a clear vision and sense of purpose. Influencing and advocacy skills are particularly required in this role as well as collaboration and stakeholder focus in a matrix environment. An ability to interact with people at all levels in the organisation and reassure them and give them confidence in the Banks security operating models is essential. An ability to be assertive when required and be confident when dealing with challenge while operating as part of a project team.
