Data Insights Analyst – Daily Rate Contract
On Behalf of my client I'm seeking a Data Insights Insight Analyst on a daily rate contract to optimise website performance, enhance internal search, and improve user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and configure web analytics tools and tracking.
* Analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion metrics to provide data-driven recommendations.
* Optimise internal search functionality, refine algorithms, and improve content discoverability.
* Collaborate with UX, marketing, content, and development teams to enhance user journeys and site usability.
* Create dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau, presenting insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in web analytics, internal search, or digital optimisation.
* Strong reporting and data visualisation skills.
* Basic technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
* Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy best practices.
