Job Title: Business Support Coordinator Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term Salary: 32 -35K DOE Overview: We are seeking a professional and personable Business Support Coordinator to join a busy and dynamic support team. This role is key in creating a positive first impression for visitors and acting as a central point of contact for both internal staff and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be organised, approachable, and adaptable, with a genuine interest in supporting others and contributing across different areas of the business. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact, welcoming visitors and supporting employees Manage incoming calls and direct queries appropriately Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business Assist with preparing documents, reports, and presentations Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements when required Ensure office supplies are maintained and well stocked Handle general office queries and provide support where needed Requirements: Previous experience in a front of house or administrative role is beneficial Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organised with the ability to manage tasks independently Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships High level of attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information with discretion The ideal candidate will be available immediately or within 1 weeks notice What We're Looking For: A positive, proactive individual who takes pride in delivering a high standard of service and enjoys being a key support within a team environment.
