About the Job
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to developing and growing business within an agreed customer base/territory to meet strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with strategic accounts and other customers in the agreed territory.
* Conduct regular meetings with senior management of strategic accounts to understand their needs and align them with organizational strategies.
* Support and improve annual business plans, including planning visits, services, calls, and closing sales opportunities by creating and converting a credible pipeline through opportunity identification.
* Meet targets on cold calls to expand business, maintain existing relationships, negotiate sales terms, provide after-sales support, logistics, technical services, investigate and resolve customer complaints, train clients, and advise on problem-solving.

Requirements
* Extensive experience in B2B sales, preferably in chemical or technical sales.
* Proactive, sales-driven, goal-oriented, with the ability to understand customer needs and expectations, and work systematically.
* Higher education in a chemical-related field is preferred.
