* Previous restaurant or hotel kitchen experience.
* Attention to detail is essential
* You should be able to work independently.
* Be punctual and a morning person.

* You must be able to handle pressure.
* Understand HACCP procedures and regulations.
* Work weekends when necessary.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
* Clean and set up the kitchen after breakfast service.
* Ensure that the kitchen is clean after service.
* Ensure that all supplies are ordered.
* Breakfast preparation.
* Provide a breakfast that meets the highest standards.
* Maintain a high standard at all times.
* Know and meet HACCP regulations.
