Employment Law ParalegalWe are seeking an experienced employment law paralegal with 3+ years of experience working at a US employment law firm. You will be joining a successful employment law firm. You will be permanently assigned to one client and will work exclusively with them. This is a long-term, permanent role. Key Responsibilities:Draft and revise legal documents such as demand letters, complaints, and filingsAnalyze case information to identify causes of action and employment law violationsPrepare and send second notices and follow-up documentationConduct legal research to support case strategy and document preparationProfessionally communicate with clients to gather case details and provide updatesManage case files using legal software and MS OfficeCollaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure the timely completion of legal tasksMaintain high standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and legal complianceCandidate Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience working at a U.S.-based employment law firmAdvanced proficiency in both spoken and written EnglishProven experience drafting legal documents, especially demand letters and complaintsStrong understanding of employment law and causes of actionSkilled in drafting supplemental documents and sending second noticesExcellent client communication and professional English copywriting skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and ExcelExperience with MerusCase is a plus, but not requiredMust have a quiet home office, reliable internet, and power backup
