As the Digital Marketing Agency TL, you will work with the biggest Digital Marketing Agencies in the company, managing them personally to make sure of their performance and success.
Your responsibilities
● Lead through demonstration, this is a high profile client facing role and as such you will need a proven ability to engage clients, and demonstrate high levels of sales acumen, while coaching your team to raise the bar.
● Lead a high performing team of Agencies focused on supporting and scaling Strategic agencies and their advertisers. Manage KPIs, ensure deliverables are exceeded and revenue targets are achieved.
● Identify strategic areas of opportunity to drive increased productivity and success.
● Develop, coach and manage your team to ensure operational excellence.
● The ability to motivate and inspire your team in a goal and results orientated way by driving optimum individual and team performance.
● Day to day team management: Weekly 1:1's, Performance management, people management, staff resourcing, coaching, and beyond, forecasting & reporting.
● Provides leadership, support and development to members of the team, building on the strengths of the team members.
Your Profile
● Fluent in French & English
● Team Leadership experience 2+ years
● Experience in digital marketing AGENCY environment, paid media, Ads and sales of the latest trends associated with online marketing
