Role:
Managing a diverse portfolio of SME and high-value clients
Handling a mix of audit, accounts prep, tax (corporate and personal), and advisory work
Taking direct ownership of client relationships and delivery
Mentoring and supporting junior staff as a key senior team member
Enjoying high visibility within the firm – with a clear route to promotion within 12 months and a defined path to future partnership
Requirements:
Qualified ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) with 2+ years' post-qualification experience in practice
A solid grounding in audit, accounts prep, and tax
Experience with Irish accounting software such as Relate, Xero, and Taxpro is an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you'll enjoy working directly with clients
Excellent time management and organisational abilities
Salary & Benefits:
€54,000 – €65,000 base salary (DOE)
Performance bonus up to 10%
