The role of a Senior Operations Project Manager is to oversee and lead projects that drive process improvements, automation, and new equipment installations in aseptic processing environments. The primary responsibility is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, facility engineers, and quality assurance personnel, to guarantee successful project outcomes.
 * Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, optimizing resource utilization and ensuring timely project completion.
 * Manage the procurement of equipment, materials, and services, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulatory guidelines.
 * Maintain project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent delays.
 * Coordinate with external contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to project requirements and specifications.
 * Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with cleanroom standards and regulatory guidelines.
 * Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including reports, progress updates, and final project summaries.
