Our client MyPOS is a global leader in the payments industry, providing end-to-end payment processing solutions and services to merchants around the world.
The purpose of this self-employed B2B field sales role is acquiring new business on behalf of this well established and trusted brand. Consulting business customers, the goal is delivering sales and revenue targets through best-in-class planning, sales execution, compliance and reporting.
As a self-employed CPM B2B Field Sales Agent on behalf of MyPOS, you will enjoy the freedom and autonomy that comes with being self-employed, while benefiting from the support of being part of CPM, Ireland's largest sales agency. You will also represent the CPM DNA.

Primary Responsibilities
* Deliver sales and revenue targets within your assigned territory
* Achieve and seek to exceed your agreed KPIs
* Develop a detailed understanding of, and tightly manage your customer pipeline
* Structured planning to maximise efficiency and volume of prospects
* Work to the highest compliance levels set out by the company
* Attention to detail in all aspects of role
Functional Responsibilities
* Provide competitor feedback and industry insight
* Maintain knowledge on all MyPOS services and activities
* Proactively research new and existing products and services from competitors on an on-going basis and be confident in the benefits of your product versus the competition
* Represent CPM and MyPOS in a consistently professional manner
* Ensure all activities are completed compliantly and in accordance with training provided on internal and external compliance guidelines
Required Experience & Competencies
Qualifications
* Experience in target driven role in a field-based B2B setting
* Track record of delivering against targets in B2B sales or in a comparably demanding self-directed environment
* Demonstrable experience of end-to-end sales cycle management and of engaging with stakeholders from across all business segments and levels
* Competent IT Skills. Proficient working with Microsoft Office, particularly excel

* Inherent ability to build trust and strong relationships with prospects and customers
* Articulate and confident communicator across all media types, with excellent influencing skills and compelling presentation delivery capability
* A role-model of integrity, compliance and best practice
* Strong focus on results and achieving targets weekly and monthly
* Work on own initiative and continually looking for ways to improve sales performance
* Positive mindset interacting with customers, colleagues and clients
* Strong analysis and judgement skills to prioritise and focus on best opportunities
* Full Irish driving licence
* Fluent English
